These terms are concise launch-stage boilerplate for CyberAImingle. They are general information, not legal advice.

Using the service

CyberAImingle provides AI companion conversations for adults seeking emotional support, playful conversation, or tasteful romantic presence. You are responsible for how you use the service and for following applicable laws.

AI boundaries

Companions are AI, not humans. They do not provide therapy, medical, legal, financial, or emergency services. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. Billing is handled by Stripe, and subscriptions can be managed or canceled through the Stripe billing portal provided in the app.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal activity, harassment, abuse, exploitation, attempts to bypass access controls, or content that would create risk for others.
